These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://valdera.in ("Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Valdéra ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4. Products & Pricing

Product images are for representation purposes; actual product colour, texture, or finish may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen settings, particularly for handcrafted or natural-material items.

  • All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is confirmed only upon our dispatch confirmation communicated via email or WhatsApp.

6. Payments

All payments on this website are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI options. Valdéra does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials; all payment data is handled directly by Cashfree Payments in compliance with applicable data security standards (PCI-DSS compliant). Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, is subject to additional verification and may not be available for all locations or order values.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on product pages; these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may instead initiate a return in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Valdéra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valdéra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including delays in delivery caused by third-party courier partners.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
